Genre-fluid, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and vocalist, native New Yorker Rachelle Garniez is known as a Diva with a Difference. She has collaborated with a diverse group of artists, including Taylor Mac, Sven Ratzke, Carol Lipnik, Rob Roth, Jack White, Catherine Russell, Karen Elson, and The Citizens Band, and has performed at several TED conferences in the US and the UK in Thomas Dolby’s house band. Rachelle has played on streets and subway platforms and concert stages all over the world and has released 6 albums of original songs. Rachelle is a member of VickiKristinaBarcelona Band, a trio dedicated to re-imagining the songs of Tom Waits in three-part harmony. She is currently recording an album, Farewell Party, saluting recently departed artists.
