Trevor Bachman is a composer, vocalist, and writer of socially-focused musicals. NYTimes: ”musically and vocally rich”, “golden-voiced, soulful vocals” (Vulture). Their recent work includes FARMED: A Live Podcast Album  (Joe’s Pub at the Public, The Greene Space, Theatre C, Kickstarter HQ). Scoring interviews from dozens of communities nationwide, and featuring a 25-person choir, FARMED provides a heart-pounding soundtrack to an Orwellian America. Shapeshifters, a new musical celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall and LGBTQIA+ youth, is being performed as part Bachman’s Joe’s Pub residency and featured at the Delacorte Theatre as part of Public Forum. Chasing Fear is a new musical in English and Turkish. Off-Broadway: Black Light (Public Theater, Greenwich House Theatre). Artist in residence with Brooklyn Arts Council, Joe’s Pub Working Group, Prospect Musical Theatre Lab, and New Dramatists 2019 Composer-Librettist Studio.
